The Classes

Adult Belly Dance - A one-hour class designed to introduce Middle-Eastern belly dance, its history, technique, and art form. Classes run for 6 weeks at a time, with drop-in rates available. No dance experience necessary.

Program goal: To aid in self expression, femininity, exercise, "girl" time, "you" time, feeling of accomplishment, acceptance of body image, connection with mind and body, muscle identification and control, and much more.

Ladies will learn basic hip and shoulder shimmies, hip bumps and drops, arm poses, belly dance posture, undulations, deep breathing, snake arms, isolations, stretching techniques, and more.

Cardio Blast - A variety of cardio exercises to increase your cardio endurance, burn fat, and look great!

Cardio Dance - Enjoy a great cardio workout while dancing to your favorite tunes, or learn a new form of dance like the mambo or salsa!

Essential Stretch - Relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation by learning new ways to increase your body’s flexibility. Stretching is an essential part of your exercise routine.

Form & Function - This resistance training class teaches how to bring awareness to the body by learning proper form and technique. Learn to strengthen the muscles you use every day.

Pilates Fusion - Enjoy a mind-body workout that develops the integration between the core and limbs. Learn to elongate and strengthen your muscles while improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility.

Raw Yoga - This class is a simple approach to yoga that is designed to benefit all fitness levels, including beginners. Raw yoga brings the body through a complete stretching and toning series that addresses all major muscle groups of the human body, in addition to breathing exercises. Discover a new level of self-awareness and acceptance.

Step & Total Body Conditioning¹ - A double-duty workout that focuses on cardio muscle conditioning. Enjoy this intense total body workout that utilizes the step, weights and resistance tubing to tone your butt, legs, abs and upper body. Be prepared to work!

Fitness & Fun for babies and toddlers

Studies show that when a parent and child spend focused time together engaged in games or activities, their relationship flourishes. At Imagine Health & Fitness, our programs provide you and your child with great beginnings toward optimum fitness.

Mommy & Baby - This class provides an opportunity for interaction and bonding with your baby. Mom will have a chance to recondition muscles that may have become weakened from pregnancy.

For parents with infants ages 6 weeks to 7 months old, Mommy & Baby combines exercise and stretching with interactive songs and nursery rhymes to nurture the parent-infant relationship and promote bonding, create healthy body awareness and self-image, and strengthen parents' confidence as caregivers.

Learn how to safely and effectively tone and shape your body while having fun with your baby at the same time. Expand your support system and meet new friends.

Infant Message - As part of the Mommy & Baby program at Imagine Health & Fitness, infant massage acquaints parents with the benefits of touch and relaxation for their infants. Additional benefits of infant massage include:

Mommy & Me - For parents with children ages 7 months to 5 years old, Mommy & Me introduces concepts of physical fitness, basic nutrition, socialization, positive play behaviors, self-esteem, and sensory awareness, along with fine and gross motor skills.

Child and Youth Fitness - The Child and Youth Fitness program at Imagine Health & Fitness is designed to put children on the path to a physically active adulthood.


Each child has unique interests, needs, and abilities. And because they are still growing, children require carefully considered fitness regimens that take their physical limitations into account.

Shimmy Kids - The first kids’ program created in our area for Middle-Eastern Dance. A one-hour class designed to introduce Middle-Eastern belly dance, its history, technique, and art form.

Classes will run for 6 weeks beginning June 25. Ages 7 - 12. Shimmy Minis ages 3-6.

Program Goal: To aid in self expression, exercise, social skills, cultural experience, and more.

Girls will learn basic hip and shoulder shimmies, arm poses, how to hold their posture, undulations, deep breathing, snake arms, stage presence, and more. At the end of the 6-week program, we will hold a short choreographed performance for parents and siblings.

Yoga Minis (ages 3-6) & Yoga Kids (ages 7-12) - Children will practice balance and develop their natural flexibility in a positive and non-competitive atmosphere. Not only will they stretch their bodies, but also their imagination as the common yogic poses are a jumping off point for their own stories. At the end of class, a shared quiet time leads to a calmness that many modern day children don't experience often enough. 6-Week session begins July 7th.
